Class 142 Skipper Railbus Locomotive Badge

This Class 142 Skipper Railbus badge is traditionally made, hand finished and enamelled. The Class 142's are a class of Pacer diesel multiple-unit passenger trains that are used extensively on rural lines and busy commuter routes in the major cities in the north of England. The loco's were built at t BREL Derby and Leyland Bus between 1985-1987. The Skippers will remain in service until 2020 when they will no longer be accessible and usable under the The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Interoperable Rail System) Regulations 2008.
