This class 2 Locomotive badge is traditionally made, hand finished and enamelled. The class 2 were built at LMS & BR Crewe worksBR Darlington Works and BR Swindon Works between 1946 -1953. The class 2 locomotive is also know as an IVATT class after it's designer H.G Ivatt for light duties and mixed traffic. The configuration of the loco is 2-6-0 with a 2MT (BR) power class.
