This class 2 Locomotive badge is traditionally made, hand finished and enamelled in our factory in Birmingham. The Class 2 was built at the Crewe and Darlington Works between 1953 and 1957. The class 2 locomotive was derived from the IVATT class locomotive and was designed by R. A. Riddles. The configuration of the loco is 2-6-0 with a 2MT (BR) power class.
