This Class 59 'Yeoman'' Locomotive badge is traditionally made, hand finished and enamelled. The Class 59 was ordered by Foster Yeoman to haul their aggregates on the main line after being dissatisfied with the reliability of the Class 56 diesel. The locomotive was built by General Motors Electro Motive Division from 1985 to 1995 to haul heavy freight. The configuration of the loco is Co-Co with a 3,300 bhp (2,460 kW) power output.
