This Oliver Cromwell No. 70013 locomotive badge is traditionally made, hand finished and enamelled. No.70013 is a Britannia class locomotive, Otherwise known as the BR Standard Class 7. Oliver Cromwell was built on the 30 May 1951 at the BR Crewe Works and was the last one of the four steam locomotives which on the last steam railtour on British Railways in 1968. The configuration of the loco was 4-6-2 with a 7MT power class. The locomotive was designed by Robert Riddles for mixed traffic duties. 70000 Britania and 7013 Oliver Cromwell are the two surviving preserved locomotives.
