See How It's Made

From November 2018 we will be launching videos and images on our social media pages to show you how badges are made in our Birmingham factory. We still use many of the same techniques from the late 1800s but with the assistance of more modern power press machinery, most of which dates from 1940’S to 1970’s.

You may be surprised to learn that making a badge is extremely intensive and involves around 26 individual processes from start to finish.  Where technology has advanced in some areas to produce things at the push of a button there are some things that just can't be rushed.

We continually enhance both our products and production techniques and incorporate the use of the latest design software, printers and CAD to ensure we can offer our customers the best blend of traditional craftsmanship, technology and service.
